Job Description


Looking for a Human Resource Executive to coordinate and support our employee base to create a positive . Duties include scheduling and overseeing all HR operations. Will also be responsible for hiring new employees on required skill set and persona, meeting headcount targets utilizing employee retention and effective recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage All HR Multiple Task
  • Create JD’s of different vacancies
  • Hiring / Firing
  • On-boarding / Off-boarding
  • Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
  • Conflict Management
  • Grievance Arbitration
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Employee Data Management (contracts/warnings/increment/other information)
  • Ensure legal compliance with different regulatory departments
  • Draft different letters for employees
  • Monitor and analyze employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Payroll support
  • Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Command over Microsoft Office
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
  • Relevant experience (Human Resource) of minimum three year
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong presentation & Microsoft skills
  • Excellent conflict management skills.
  • Strong planning & analytical skills towards employee retention and headcount targets.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage KPI’s
  • Ability to manage daily task effectively within timelines
  • Ability to work as team player
  • Able to multitask with accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Detail oriented
  • Legal compliance
  • Go getter attitude
